SCORE - Counselors to America’s Small Business
SCORE is a respected association of volunteer business executives providing, no cost, professional, completely confidential consulting to entrepreneurs and small business owners. These sessions are unlimited. They are staffed by volunteer counselors with a wide range of business experience, and offered at no cost to the user. Funding is through the Small Business Administration.
SCORE is organized through a national network of chapters, strategic alliances, and a partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA). SCORE was created in 1964 as a non-profit organization, to work with SBA and other governmental agencies and educational institutions to promote the success of small businesses. Nationwide more than 12,400 men and women, retired and working, donate their time and talent to assist this SCORE effort through no cost email, one-to-one and team counseling as well as low cost training workshops and seminars.
The Triad Chapter of SCORE serves the Triad of North Carolina including Burlington, Greensboro, Winston-Salem. Asheboro and High Point have separate chapters which may be contacted directly.

Directions: Please read these directions if you haven't been to the Nussbaum Center before.
There is a map on the "Contact Us" page to help you find us, but please note that even though our address is 2007 Yanceyville, the Nussbaum Center is in the old Revolution Mill with the entrance actually on Revolution Street at its intersection with Maple Street which is about a block from Yanceyville.
Enter the building under the sign for the Nussbaum Center by climbing a number of concrete steps. Once inside veer right to the elevator. Take the elevator to the third floor (its only one floor up). On exiting the elevator turn right and go to the second corridor. Turn left. SCORE is on the right about 2/3 the way down that corridor.
